Install monitoring program with email notification
Has anyone come across a program that monitors software installs and then notifies the user by email when the attempt has been done? Appreciate any help....

Best thing to do
Set your users up with restricted accounts.
Next thing to do is leave UAC turned on in Vista/Win 7 it will block it. Also some AV/security suites will block registry writes.
I'm sure there is something but it's probably pricey and you'd be better off on a DIY basis for this one.
