Error Deleting File or Folder ? Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the so
file is located on the home direcotry of the users network path on the server .user is trying to delete the files but he got the error .Error Deleting File or Folder ? Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk?.we are using win2003 server .

Locked Files
Most probably the file or the folder is being locked by some process, usually Windows Explorer.
most of the time only logoff and login again solve the problem, sometimes files got corrupted you need to do a check disk to fix the error.
You can use software like Unlocker to unlock the file and delete it.
