Microsoft Outlook (not Express) can download mail from multiple mail servers, move mail to folders when it arrives and is a fully searchable respository.I recommend that you use an online backup service to regularly backup the Outlook data file (.PST) since this process is going to put all of your eggs in one basket. I use Mozy.com.Sorry if you thought of this already. Aside from Outlook I don't know of anything better suited to your needs.I hope this helps.

And even then if there was it would take up an large amount of space. This is because Outlook/Outlook Express doesn't store individual E-Mails they store everything in a Folder as a single file so in the case of Outlook Express the In Box gets stored as Inbox.dbx then Outlook stores it's Inbox as inbox.pst and the actual program/s separates these when it is running. As for AOL, Yahoo and so on there are Web Mail Servers which store the E-Mail on and they are not stored Locally only viewed locally on the PC.You don't actually download this type of mail and you do not have any control over it as it is on the individual companies Mail Servers not the local PC.Col
