It looks like something to do with Sprint.
If you want to stop it from running go to Start\Run and type msconfig
Go to the Startup menu tab, look through the startup items until you find the one corresponding to C-Motech RDEVCHG, uncheck the box and reboot. When the system starts again you'll see a window showing a system configuration notice. Click the box in the lower left to not show that message again.
You shouldn't have that in your taskbar anymore.

Check C:Program Files\Sprint\Sprint SmartView
for this Aircard/USB modem software.
It seems this app is looking for the device, and likely should not show up all the time. a reboot may make it go away.

First action was to reboot and it did go away. Sprint Smartview is loaded on the machine.

And that a reboot was the fix.
I love it when things work as the vendor says it will.

This is a Korean company. They make USB modems, wireless routers, etc. I don't have any of their products and I don't feel good about this suddenly showing up in my computer. Where did it come from and how did it hijack my computer?

Did you read any of the exchange above? Now that you know what it is, you know where it might come from.
