Your file path is 113 characters - (230 both ways) far too long...
Assuming that the file actually exists.
Why are you attempting to copy a Temporary Internet File anyway?
If you can actually see this .GIF file with your eyes (as an image) you could simply right-click it and copy it, by using the 'SAVE AS' option within the shell menu.
Preferably to a much lesser convoluted file path.

Let's see
This can be due to the following reasons:
1. Due to policies set on the machine.
2. Depends from which profile you are logged onto.
3. The file could be in use.
This is a temporary internet file. Was wondering why you wanted to copy it. Any particular reason.
Try restarting the machine and log on to the Eric profile and then try copying the file. Also make sure before you try to copy, that the file does exist in the folder you want to copy it from.
Hopefully should work.

Why are there even Temp IE files
in the Default User Profile?
If they were there before your user was, and you haven't deleted Temporary Internet Files, then the file is in your profile.
Either someone was sloppy setting up a Default User profile or this is malware activity.

Try this...
Ive seen someone reply to your problem and I have to agree with them. Firstly make sure that the file is not in use as copying it will give you that error. Secondly the file has the requisite permission by the user profile to do that specified action. You can log in as "Administrator" and try the same thing. If it works then its a permission issue.

well why have it
wizard57m-cnet, no offense but since this post is 3 years old why not get rid of it? Or put it on the last page or something. Sometimes people reply to stuff without realizing the date of something. I know a few weeks ago I did and heard the same thing, but here is the funny part this post right here (which by the way I almost replied to) was right on the very first page of the Q&A when I clicked on it. Why is that? Why when I know for a fact that there are probably a million other questions between when this was posted and the date now? Maybe there should be something done so that older posts like this one stay old?
