In our office we have a small office network using tcp/ip. All systems are Win Xp
based.In my system we are using for all inquires and estimation purpose.So i want to give any password or any protection for my share folder. Please give me any suggestions

Your requirements are unclear
Do you want a separate password assigned, or do you want only authenticated users to access the shares?
Also, is it Windows XP Pro, home etc, and is it a domain based network or a work group?
