Or you can try a
Battery Repacking Business who can replace the individual cells.
But personally if some have failed I would be replacing the lot and a new Battery pack from one of the Lenovo Suppliers is probably the easy way to go here.

RE: "laptop battary got spoiled" ...
I'm interested how this happened.
What makes you think you could replace certain cells?
It would certainly ruin the 'look' of the laptop once you'd torn the batterypack apart, found then disconnected the bad ones, rewired the entire pack of old&new cells and then glued the batterypack together again.
Plus you wouldn't have any future warranty.

I used to do exactly the same myself.
The batterypacks were 7.2V-1.2Ah and 9.6V-1.8Ah but what they looked like after being pried apart didn't really matter. They were sitting inside 1/10th scale radio-controlled racing cars.
After changing cells, sometimes the only way to get the things back together was to employ judicious use of duct tape!

Never heard of Shrink Wrap OM?
Being Scottish you should know that this stuff is much cheaper than Duct Tape. Of course if you're nicking the Duct Tape from work then it's more expensive.
You know just like a lot of the RC Battery Packs come.

I linger here for just such an exchange.
And, ensuing belly-laugh.
