How do I go online with Outlook 2010?

I clicked the button "Work offline" in the Send/Receive tab of Outlook 2010 and cannot find the information that will allow me to reverse the current condition.

I have to manually get my email now and I am not sure that I like that

Mister Crowley click the button again ...
one click checks offline click again, checks online just like in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003 and Outlook ..but not outlook express which imo should be outlawed...

choose the connection state when starting
One workaround is to "choose the connection state when starting". If go into Account Settings- click on an account- More Setting then under General tab one can check this option.

The new Publish Online feature gives the promise of a geographically-dispersed project team being able to publish their personal and team calendar data online, and make it accessible to the team.. With Publish Online, you can publish your Outlook calendar to Office Online, or a WebDAV server.. I like the options here because it won???t tie you to an expensive online collaboration solution..
