Internet radio sound is crackled and sometimes starts up like a robot. Now when play from hard drive it's ok and from yahoo messenger cbs radio. I have uninstalled and reinstalled sound driver. BIOS has the lastest drivers. Does anyone have a clue on how to solve this ?

Connection Speed and Cache
Assuming that your Internet connection speed is more than fast enough for the data rate of the stream, the most likely culprit is that your Internet Cache (temporary Internet files) is full and there is a pause every time more space is made.
Empty your browser cache or temporary Internet files and if necessary, increase the size of the cache folder from Internet options.
