Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2009 Frezing

Bit of a strange one.

One of my clients has random frezing of Sage 50 2009 when running reports.

The CPU useage is 2-5%
Memory useage is 43%

It does not matter how many programs are running in the background.

If we use Task Manager to end task and then start again the report will run fine.

Has anyone come across this before or any ideas what I could be.

The Laptop is running Windows Vista, 3gb ram, 2.4ghz cpu.
