I deleted some registry keys and its program located in c: drive.
After that my mouse doesn't work properly and when I hit the mouse one-click, the result is double-click or triple, and sometime blue screen appear partially.
Restore is useless because the backup date is after the delete

well that was really smart
always back up your machine BEFORE you go mucking around in your registry....if you have your XP CD around, pop it in and do a repair install...but do a back up first...please....

there is a difference between them...have you tried rebooting and letting windows redetect it to install the drivers? Beyond that, I have no idea what to tell you...but playing around in the registry is not something even I'm comfortable with.
edit: maybe it's time for a new mouse?

Or whatever it is you deleted. (Any hints on what or where?)
Use the drivers disks for your hardware. If you have none, get them from the vendor's website. You may need drivers for hardware other than the mouse itself, so update all of them.
Are there errors shown in Device Manager?
Have you also checked the mouse control panel settings?
