Scenario:
A compter having 3 hdd, Raid 5 configured(H/W raid). os loaded any os.
Question:
1: will the computer boot to OS if
one of the HDD is removed (only 2 of the hdd is connected) ?

Yes
Yes it should boot, but it will be slow because it will need to calculate the missing data from the parity stripe...
