Hello Guys...
Could you guide me to some free Helpdesk programs that are useful and easy to use?
I tried SysAid but I faced some technical problems with it.
Thanks in advance.

There's a difference between smart-aleckiness and spam. Try a dictionary.

Symantec Altiris
Ummm....sorry, missed the word FREE.
Altiris does work well, though it sure as heck is not free.

Spiceworks
Spiceworks is what we use for our help desk among other things. Spiceworks offers a free version that is easy to implement. You can find out more info at www.spiceworks.com
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to save headaches! Let me know if you want more info on how we utilize at our company.
Thanks,
CC

That's really perfect... I liked it.
I'd love if you give me some instructions and notes from your own experience of how to start using it.
Thanks.

We use SysAid...
it works well for us. It also gives you the ability to track installed software, hardware installed, etc.
I believe you can install it on fewer than 100 clients for free.
Check it out...
