Based on device management software

Our company has developed device management software for recognizing punch (face or finger) so we have different devices , each device using different device management software. Now we need single device management software for different devices. For eg if customer using different device they should use only one single device management software to download all logs , this software we developed in visual basic.If we know which type of device they are using we could call function for that, SO please help me to do this particular job
