Zendesk Alternative Vision Helpdesk for Multi-Domain Support
We have been using Vision Helpdesk for supporting our multiple companies - My Question is How do we migrate our old Zendesk tickets to Vision Helpdesk? Vision Helpdesk offers scripts for Kayako migration and some other but no script for zendesk. I am not sure where to backup zendesk database so we can migrate our Zendesk tickets to our Vision Helpdesk.

Zendesk Database Backup
I belive they don'f offer control panel like Vision Helpdesk does for their hosted clients. You have to email zendesk support to get the database backup.
