Netflix
Hulu.com is another one.

Of course these let you 'watch' but not burn.

As long as content producers sell DVDs of movies, you're not going to be able to legally get the same thing for free.

RE:- if there are any LEGAL movie download
Simple answer is if you are not paying for the Movie as a Download to burn then it's not legal to burn it. wink

you are incorrect.

There are several sites out there that specialize is open-copyright movies. They only become illegal if you attempt to SELL copies of the movie that you have downloaded. Granted, most of the movies are older (1940's-60's) but there are more recent movies as well. When I get home I will post the site I use on this forum.

between home schooling my kid and working I will post a couple of other sites I use. Again, all are public domain and have a lot of the same videos but there is enough difference that you can occassionally find ones that are different.

The main reason I use these is because my daughter LOVES black and white movies and shows like I do. I got her hooked by watching Basil Rathbone as Sherlock Holmes! Now she watches Buster Keaton, The Three Stooges, et al with equal enthusiasm!

otaku, in many legal jurisdictions it's also unlawful to copy a copyrighted item of any sort beyond the 10% allowed for reference and education. However, in general the cops only take after those who are selling copies, but that won't stop them adding extra charges if they get you for something else.

Amazon
Amazon sells digital movies. You can keep them in your online, cloud library, or you can download them.
