procie or mobo problem?
everytime I open my ups my cpu turns on automatically I dont know why and I also encountered that No display in my monitor..I dont hear any beep everytime my pc turns on.. the cable wire of my monitor plug in correctly.. I also lena up my memory,vidcard and all parts inside..I didn't know what is the problem if the mobo but when I tried to not put memory in mobo I heard a beep but when i put it back it wont beep..I also try to replace my memory and psu but i still encouter it hope somebdoy would help me here thanks!!

no display issue - if you take your memory out of the board and you hear a beep, then you put it back and the beep was gone then your memory and memory slot are still in good condition.. check for your video card if it is inserted into the slot correctly or try using another video card....
turning on when the UPS is open - try checking the front panel cables if it plugs in correctly... if you replace the power supply and that still happens then you probably got problem with your board..
