is there any website that can track cellphones?

Hey there TR members, i just came by to see if you guys know any free software to track down cellphones, i went to alot of websites but it has a catch afterwards, so if you guys know any website i can check out to download a software to track my lost cellphone please let me know hopefully is free, thankx have a great day......

Track lost/stolen cellphones....
Notify your cell phone carrier if the phone is lost or stolen. This is especially important if you do not have tracking software installed on the phone. Your carrier can track a stolen cell phone with GPS technology if it is being used with your current SIM card.

Lookout does a pretty good job of locating phones. Unfortunately you have to install it before it goes missing.
