Working online to find a job is getting personal. Employers are looking at your online habits to determine if they want to employ you or not. Why then do people continuously air their dirty laundry to the world? If you know people are watching why not give the something good to watch?

Well the honest answer is
Most people are idiots.
They seem to think that what they do in their personal time is different to what they do in their Professional Time and one doesn't interfere with the other.
Well the reality is in a on Line World everyone see everything you do and judges you accordingly.
