I recently install Ubuntu along side Windows 7. Everything boots find and works well except my mouse. For some reason when I open an application or any window my mouse will not work on anything out side the window and some stuff inside. For example, when I open the software center my mouse works just fine inside the window but if I try to open something else I will not be able to click it and when i want to close the window I cannot click I have to use alt+F4.
Any Idea how I can fix this?
Im suing a laptop and I am using Ubuntu 11.04.

R.A.T. 7
I'm suing a R.A.T. 7 (wired) and it has its own drivers but Ubuntu automatically gets drivers though. Not only does my mouse do that but my touch pad too.

FIXED
So about an hour ago my system told me I had updates, I installed the updates and decided to test the mouse. It Works!
Just update Ubuntu and it will automatically be fixed when you restart.
