        <description><![CDATA[To be a supervisor, you need to show some leadership and people skills.Even if it's volunteer leadership work as a leader, that counts. As IT project manager, did you manage any people? Add something about providing good customer service, leading a project, winning some accolade or award for something. Add dollar amounts (managed $10M budget), money saved, productivity increased, percentage of problems fixed faster, etc. Fix  the punctuation errors. There's no need to list your GPA from ten years ago.]]></description>
