How Do I Reference A Field in Word 2010?

If I insert a content control in a Word document, how can I then have the text the user enters in that control appear elsewhere in the document. It should also update when the content of the control is changed.

I would prefer to use the new content control rather than form fields, but the main requirement is that it can be done be the average Word user. ie No coding.

Thanks
