HI
I have 2003 server with accounting software at remote location.I installed windows 7 and Epson lq-690 printer.printing OK. when i connect server through RDC and try printing document from server .but not working.
we have another branches and they have windows xp and connect lq-680 printer .they are printing from server without any problem
pls help me

is the printer
installed on the server with drivers for windows 7? or if not installed on the server are the windows 7 drivers for that printer installed on the server?
