Samsung N210 Netbook Won't Load?

I turn it on and i try any F keys and they won't respond, it just shows an _ flashing as to type something... The only F key which is the F2 which takes me to setup does load, i just am not sure if i can do anything there to be able to allow me to gain access to the F4 key for recovery.... any ideas? This computer does not have cd drive so its something different then i usually work with... runs windows 7..
