How do I get to Carnegie Hall
Practice!

The first job as a graduate is always hardest to land, so you may not get that bright career day one. You may not get the job that most interests you. So to get that illusive experience you need to take a related job, work hard, do well, keep learning, show the people at the company you want for the next job that you are clever and committed and then go for it. Repeat until satisfied.
