Installing StarTech Print Server

I recently purchased a StarTech print server for Parallel Printers and am having a
lot of trouble getting the thing to work. Have followed the instructions as best I can,
but nothing I do works. Am running two Windows XP boxes and one 98SE box
(yes, and it works great and has 23,678 hours on it!) on a LAN, which has static IP
addresses assigned to each on a Linksys router. The fourth port is reserved for
the print server with another static IP address. If anyone has suggestions, I would
greatly appreciate hearing from you! The Model number is PM1115P. Thanks!
