Guidance for job switching.

I have 2yrs Oracle 10g programing experience.On break now,would like to utilise this time for doing certifications in either Database Administration or Testing. Please guide me to find the best certification in either of them ,that will help me in getting a better job.As i am trying to shift from programing, please suggets which one of the either would provide me a better scope. Please help.
