Why does my domain is not resolving into our host site?

Hello,

We have our domain (ourcompanyname.ae) which is hosted with the ISP provider in the middle east and our hosting is hosted with a service provider. Whenever we try to access www.ourcompanyname.ae it was working fine but whenever we type only the domain name (ourcompanyname.ae), it is going into an advertisement which is not our website.

I have approached the ISP provider and they told me that the issue is from the hosting provider which we've got. Same thing is what the hosting provider told me that I need to speak with the ISP provider where our domain is hosted.

You're help for this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Whenever I perform the ping with www.ourcompanyname.ae it's resolving into the right IP address which is 69.64.156.74

But when I perform the ping with ourcompanyname.ae it's resovling into another IP address which 64.74.223.84
