Right click menu on multi file select changes depending on number of files?

So I have a program named send to devs, a small program I made for myself that I then modified the registry under classes root *.* so my program shows under all files and folders.

It works fine for the most part, and worked great in XP, but in Win7, the right click menu changes if you select too many files. Select more than 15 files and it changes to some other default that I can't find in the registry.
What is stranger is other programs, such as winzip and textpad remain, but mine disappears. This was never a problem in XP.

Any idea how to make Windows 7 stop doing this new behavior, or where I modify the registry so my app shows up with more than 15 files selected?

Thanks.

Nevermind, the number 15 was the keyword I was missing
Adding that to google brought me here, and it fixed the problem.
