i have installled 2 win 2008 servers running terminal services, the servers are working fine , on each i have installed 300 CAL's, my problem is that they can only allow 3 users to login not more than that.
What could be the problem, please help

What type of CAL's are these?
Also how are these Servers configured within the LAN?
And what type of LAN is involved here?
While someone here can probably answer this question if they have enough Detail I really think that you should refer this to your M$ TAM for a response.
Also if only 3 Devices can connect at a single time the servers are not working properly.
