How to get a Laptop to boot that will not Boot HELP PLEASE!!!!!?

I have an ACER with windows 7 operating system that when turned on will say:
windows failed to start a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. If windows files have been damaged or configured Incorrectly, start up repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, choose start windows normally.
Launch startup repair Recommended
Description - fix problems that are preventing windows from starting.
I have tried this several times with no success it just freezes can anyone please help me what can I do to reset this back to factory settings or to restore I cant get to any other menu wont even start in safe mode any ideas at this point would help me open to trying anything.

If your Acer has a CD/DVD drive,
you can boot from an Emergency Startup/Repair disc, IF you made one.
Otherwise, when you first turn the Acer on, press F12 to get to the boot menu,
see if there is a preloaded from the factory repair/re-install partition.

Get in contact with Acer
And get a Recovery Set for this unit. You have no other option if the owner didn't make a Repair Disc.

These are generally very cheap (under $50). Order from the web site and get them within a week. It is a wait but at least you will be running and back to factory new.

Recovery Partition
Find out if you can boot from the recovery partition. If you can, it's drastic but it may work. If available, it will re-install the factory image onto your C: drive, destroying everything and making it like it was fresh out-of-the-box again.

If you do this and it works, you will lose all of your data.

To boot to the recovery partition in an Acer, usually you restart the laptop and at the bios screen (first activity on the screen after reboot) hold down Alt+F10....follow the prompts to restore.

Reply if this works
Try booting with a Hirens HBCD and choose to boot into mini xp and then run the chkdsk /r command... it will attempt to fix the system files
Try also to run HBCD and run smart boot manager and boot directly to the recovery partition to reinstall system
third option... take out HDD and slave into a running win 7 system and then run scans on it to attempt to fix it and or recover\backup your files
