first - you should never put your email address out like that
second - do a search for budgeting software and you will find a lot of options. some is even free for home use. read the reviews of the ones that interest you to see if people are finding problems with it. As I was rereading your question I see that you may be a business so the home ones are probably not what you need but you are still better off doing a search so you can find the one that fits your needs and pocketbook.
