can u help me please? or can anyone give me procedure about my project?

Not to sound too obvious but...
I would take a look at line 23 in your source code.
Program compile errors, in general, typically result from either dependencies being missing or incorrect (such as the wrong version of an object library, or something in the wrong directory), or some simple syntax error such as a missing bracket or quote.
Typically compilers are written for specfic OS, and often compilers are very picky about even what processor it runs on...so if the compiler was written for XP, and you're using Win7, you're on your own.
