Fedora 16 Best Linux in Open Source for Home User?
Fedora 16 seems to be the best release compared to other open source Linux distributions at 400 Mhz,768 MB RAM,10 GB Minimum requirement, offering decent features... ?

Fedora is OK
But it all depends on what you need.
Fedora is more a development platform for Red Hat which in itself isn't a bad thing but here it all depends on what you need to do as different Linux Distro's are written with specific applications in mind.
For a better understanding of all of the currently available Linux Distro's you can try Distro Watch here
