How can I ensure file copy exist on a user drive when copied to USB drive?

I am looking for a software which can do the follow :

When User A saves or copies a file on a USB drive then a copy of the file should also be saved on the User A "My Documents" folder or a network share for User A

This should be applicable for all the users where files are copied/saved on the particular drive dedicated for that user.

In principle what we are trying to achieve is that employees tend to store things on USB and when they are not at work we can not access their files as the files only exist on the USB drive. We want to ensure that whatever user X stores on a USB drive should also have a copy on a particular drive for the users x so that we can easily get the relevant files from user Xs folder when required.

There's a Windows feature nobody ever uses
It's called 'My Briefcase' and it does exactly what you are looking to do.

Never tried it, not sure how well it works, but it's free and part of the OS.
