Is the patent jobs are raising in IT Industry?
I feel many companies are working to have patent rights to make money. Its a new era now or in coming. Many companies are showing interest to have a separate division in their industry. How come about the future and the jobs related to this for next 5 years.

So you want to be a patent troll - maybe.
Of course, everyone says they buy or create patents for defensive purposes, but they mostly just end up using them to stifle innovation and make money off other companies.
Jobs? Become a patent attorney or litigator. But you aren't going to find much in the way of actual IT jobs with respect to patents. The companies will just patent vague ideas or code you come up with.
