How do you install Mac OS X on a PC?
Can you guys walk me through how to do this? I have the software in a .dmg file and an Install Mac OS X Lion.app file.

Distro Watch has a Free Book Download for this Called
"Think Different How to build your own Hackentosh" from Make Use of which is probably the easiest way to proceed here as you need to slipstream your own Hardware's drivers to the Install medium.
You can get a copy from Distro Watch here

Just remember to remove the space to get a working URL, and you may need to do a bit of digging to find it.
Though others here may have different ways to do the same/similar thing.

Google "hackintosh"
I think you need more than just those two files. Probably the actual installation CDs.

Hackintosh would be your best bet. They are made to not be possible to install Mac OS X without a Mac. so your best bet is to download Hackintosh
