How to convert excel file into word

try copy and paste
everything in excel is organized as a table. if you are going to import excel into word, then it will become a table on a word document.

depending on how big is the excel data, you might simply try blocking a range of cells, copy then paste inside of word. it will automatically be converted into a table.

if however, you want to simply convert your excel spreadsheet into a document for viewing purposes only, then simply print your worksheet to a pdf file instead of a word document.
