replacing cracked lcd screen on Acer iconia a100

having trouble finding someone to install new lcd screen - I know that the screen is glued to the front frame - if I were to tackle this myself would I need to (a) remove guts to get to the screen from the back or (2) is there a way of working from the front and (!) how would I glue in the new screen

thanks
Michael

This is probably what you need the Service Manual

Try googling
The user manual. It should be the first hit..my only concern is it may void the warranty if you crack it open yourself.

Service Manual
To use OH Smeg's link, you need to copy starting with the http and ending with the pdf. the link stops after Van_Gogh but you need the rest of the link to work.
