I have a user who left our company, the user taking over position needs to have those folders under her inbox, I tried export/import and it worked for 1 folder and then trying another folder it said the file could not be found. Other than exporting/importing these folders (there is about 20-30 folders) is there a faster way to do this?
Any suggestions are appreciated, Thank you

add the data file
you can add the data file. you can do this several ways but since you did not say what version of Outlook I will say to go to the Control Panel and open Mail (close Outlook first). You will need to know where the data file is located so you can point Outlook to it.

When I first typed out the question I had 2010 in there but revised the question and I must've forgot to put it back in. Anyways, I went ahead and used the export/import in the advanced options in outlook 2010. Imported the other persons folders to my new admin assistant so everything went through smoothly. I did notice even if you wanted to do like 3 folders 3 separate times it wouldn't let me know. But anyways, most important I got done.
thank you for your response. I appreciate it
