Exchange 2010 and Android/IOS sync

Hi there.

I was wondering if i need some sort of license when i want to sync android or IOS to exchange 2010, CAL license or otherwise.

Not that I've heard of

Maybe a special app for the Android, but the server does not know or care how folks get their email

Not that I'm aware

We have Exchange on our HTC Androids and it works great.
