How can I toggle case of selected text in MSWord 2007?

I often have a need to toggle some ALLCAPS text to uncapitalized, but I can't see an obvious way to do it. Any tips?

Try Shift+F3
Toggles between: CAPS, lower and Proper case text for the selected section
