Copying email addresses from MS Access to Email

I need to copy/import contact email addresses from an Access database into a format suitable for emailing in Outlook or Gmail. It seems intuitively obvious that there ought to be an easy way to do it, but my intuition is stopping short of an actual solution. Any Ideas?

Link data from Microsoft Outlook into a Microsoft Access Database
Here's a resource that may help which describes how to connect a Microsoft Access database to an Outlook Contacts list: http://www.fmsinc.com/free/newtips/access/accesstip18.asp
