What video conferencing solutions have Google Calendar integration?

You'd be able to specify which calendar, personal or business, to schedule a meeting to and anyone in the company can see the schedule and join if they have the meeting password. This solution would have to be cheaper than WebEx, since my company's strongly considering WebEx instead of GoToMeeting since only the hosts/organizers and invitees can see what meetings are taking place, instead of having the entire company being able to join in if they see a meeting they're interested in.

Or a custom URL where hosts can log in and everyone in the company can see a calendar of meeting and join if they feel like it.
