How to clone or image Andriod devices
My team is working with a few android tablets that we are looking to give to employees in an effort to go more digital then paper. The biggest thing we are stuck on is being able to image the tablets like you can on a computer without rooting them as it voids the warranty on them which we would like to keep. It is a little unreasonable to have someone update the software on a couple hundred android devices before we can deploy them. Anyone have any tools or ideas that we could use.

As far as I know what you are asking is not possible
The only thing other than Rooting the Device you can do is return it to it's Factory Settings.
You may have to approach a Tablet Maker and get them to design a unit for your needs with your Image on it so it's returned to your Image not the normal Factory Image. But I would imagine that this will increase the cost per unit significantly.
