editing time-date stamp on photos

I have a Pentax dslr camera with a minor problem. When I go to use it and install a set of batteries I quite often forget to reset the TDS. Thus, the photos carry the camera's default time and date. Is there some way on my computer that I can edit that and at least give them the correct date and approx time.

Not that I'm aware of but maybe
You could turn off the Time/Date Stamp in the camera to get rid of this function.
