MS Access=Report-expanding abbrevialtions

Hi,
In my data base data entry to one of the fields is by abbrlevialtion. for Example one expenditure is recoverable from the party. For thisw I use the letter "R". The expenditure which is not recoverable, I use the letter "NR". In the report I group the data under these two heads i.e. R or NR.

I want that in the report group Heading should be in the expanded form, i.e. for "R" it should be "Recoverable" and for NR it should be "NON Recoverable". Kindly help me to do this.
