Hello friends. I'm in doubt whether I'm at right place or not.
Need to tell you my backup file of MS Exchange server has been corrupted. Now I can say that I lost all my mails, exchange streaming media files, exchange database files and everything. I came to know about the corruption yesterday. Should I lose all hope or is there anyone who can help in this critical situation?

To clarify, did you have a disk failure, or a backup process failure?
there are lots of tools to fix corrupt exchange databases
/www dot nucleustechnologies dot com
scroll down to "email recovery software"
If you have a corrupt or damaged disk, there are also a lot of recovery services for that.

You need to recover exchange server using some recovery tools. One I found at http://emailrecoverypro.com/microsoft-exchange-server-recovery
is very easy to use and efficient. You can give a try to free version.

if the Exchange Server mailbox DB is corrupt, your screwed.
if the transaction log files are corrupt, your screwed, they won't sync to the mailboc DB and you then can't replay them.

Don't lose your hope.
There are so many software programs which can help you in this case. You can use sysinfotools exchange bkf recovery. It will recover your stm, edb and log files from your corrupt backup file of MS Exchange Server. Try it.

software can help you
I think there two guys suggested software program. I read about both, nucleus technologies and sysinfotools. I think sysinfotools will be better for you. Kernel for Exchange Server Recovery can recover your EDB (exchange database)files but SysInfoTools Exchange BKF recovery can recover your EDB + STM + LOG files. So, I think you must use it.

they, the recovery tools, don't always work. Depends upon the extent of the corruption in the database and whether the transaction logs are corrupt.
if this is a backup database, and the current exchange server information store and database is up and running, the amount of time and effort to recover a corrupted backup may not make economical sense, unless DB recovery is essential for archiving. .

Another Good tool
Organizations where multiple tasks are performed on Exchange server need a suitable tool to manage all Exchange tasks and protect the entire email system from sudden disaster. Lepide Exchange Manager restores selected or entire mailboxes from backup while completely resolving Exchange database disaster issue. It recovers EDB file and restores the data in new PST or Live Exchange mailbox. To download the trial version of this tool one can visit http://www.exchangedatabaserecovery.co.uk

I have solved my problem.
Well thank you all of you for suggesting me those recovery programs. But I used only one of them which is sysinfotools exchange bkf recovery . The rest are really very expensive and this is quite affordable. So I made my mind to get it. Anyways, I'm done with this. Thank you all of you.

Unfortunately the answer given by STEVENKBEARD did not helped me. I found another good application that worked in my case and successfully repaired and rebuild my damaged Exchange database files: http://www.serversdatarecovery.com/exchange.html
After repairing my damaged databases, i successfully mounted it to my MS Exchange server and now we are working smoothly.
Thanks
Smike
