LG R405 Laptop doesn't come with win7. I would have started with sending you to their support page http://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/product/support-product-profile.jsp?customerModelCode=R405-A.CB01A9&matchedModelCode=2300000339&searchEngineModelCode=R405-A.CB01A9&initialTab=warranty&targetPage=support-product-profile but the closest you get is Vista.
