        <description><![CDATA[I downloaded the xp_device_manager.zip file, then extracted it. As informed in readme.txt  Then I renamed the  XP DevMgr Error Codes.txt to XP DevMgr Error Codes.chm. Then doubleclicked it to open. I get error &quot; Navigation to the webpage was canceled&quot;]]></description>
